Service Catalog: The list of services in the new catalog. This includes the Service Offerings attached to each Service and what forms are assigned to specific Services or Service Offerings. There are some Services or Service Offerings that point to the same form.
Forms Crosswalk: This is the list of new forms and which form(s) they replace or if it is a completely New form.
