The Architectural Standards Review Board (ASRB) is responsible for reviewing, verifying compliance, and providing recommendations for new and upgrade software and hardware procurement projects.
Data Governance seeks to enhance data accessibility; eliminate inconsistencies in collection, processing, and reporting; emulate best practices in data management; create efficiencies by increasing consistency, coordinating analytical resources, and eliminating duplication of effort. ITS offers Data Governance services, including assistance with data quality issues.
ITS uses TeamDynamix as the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Tool. This tool is used by several departments within the University and is free to those that would like to be added user base.
