Human Resources Technology Services Assistance

For assistance with any of the following, select the Request Assistance button.  

  • Requesting Banner HR Access (Formerly the Banner Access Request form)
  • Reporting an issue with the system
  • Requesting specific data downloads/uploads (Usually requested by Payroll/Benefits or HR)

Availability

Please allow 24-48 business hours for request to be processed. HR will contact the Requestor with additional questions (if needed) and when task is complete.

Training

Please note that student data is covered by FERPA regulations. If you are requesting EPAF access as part of your Banner HR access, you will be required to take the EPAF training AND the FERPA training before access is granted. Training requirements will be reviewed before access is granted.
