​Cellular Service

ITS provides setup instructions for most mobile devices (Apple and Android) and support on a limited basis. Mason does not issue or provide university-owned mobile devices and related services to individual employees. However, employees may be eligible for a mobile device stipend based on unit budget, availability, and position requirement. The university will continue to provide cell phones in unique circumstances, such as:

  • Police Department
  • Athletics coaches for Title IX compliance

Telecom Coordinator Information

For questions about getting a stipend or university-owned mobile device, please contact your Telecom Coordinator. Each department has an assigned Telecom Coordinator who handles the administration and requests of telephone services for the members of their departments. 

IMPORTANT

If you are trying to request a new phone line or a change to an existing line, please contact your Telecom Coordinator. If you don't know who your Telecom Coordinator is, please contact Telecom Admin at (703) 993-3546.
