IMPORTANT

Technology Support Services will only work on Mason-owned and -managed devices. If the device is not currently managed, it will be enrolled.

Mason-Managed Enrollment

Only Mason-owned devices can be enrolled.

Windows Enrollment

To enroll a Windows computer select the Enroll Computer button.

Mac Enrollment

To enroll a Mac computer go to mac.gmu.edu and follow the prompts to enroll.

Hours of Operation

Requests are processed and computer work is done Monday through Friday during the hours below.

  • Fairfax Campus: 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Mason Square: 8:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
