Password Reset

University policy requires you to change your password at least once every 180 days. To update your Patriot Pass Password, please go to the Password Management Site.

Answer your security questions or have a Claim Code sent to an alternate email at the Patriot Pass Password Management page.

In Person

Go to the ITS Support Center in person with a valid photo ID (Driver's license or passport). Please check the Support Center's location and hours before going to campus, and call ahead to ensure that we are available to provide walk-in support.
