The state-of-the-art Data Center offers both physical and virtual server colocation services within a secure operating environment dedicated to system availability and uptime. Colocation services are available to the Mason research community and departments that require a secure and stable computing environment.
The Data Center is staffed 24/7/365. Access to this facility is restricted to authorized individuals.

- State-of-the-art UPS systems provide continuous power in the event of a power interruption
- The UPS systems support dual power hookup for equipment that uses multiple power inputs (redundant power)
- In the event there is a power interruption, there is a generator that powers the Aquia Data Center
