Project Request Submission

Prior to implementation of an strategic level project, a project request submission must be completed to ensure the required governance process is completed. A strategic level project is non-routine temporary endeavor that significantly impacts the university. A project is characterized by its broad cross-departmental scope and/or substantial cost, and it involves a coordinated set of tasks executed either sequentially or in parallel.

OFEG Assessments

The OFEG Assessment request is used to initiate a structured evaluation of operational services, processes, technologies, or organizational functions to support informed decision-making and strategic planning. Assessments are conducted to identify opportunities, risks, efficiencies, service gaps, compliance considerations, resource impacts, or the feasibility of proposed changes. By providing a high-level overview of the area being assessed, the OFEG team can determine the scope, stakeholders, analysis approach, and recommended next steps necessary to evaluate the requested change and its potential operational impact for presentation to senior leadership to support decision-making and determine next steps.

Operational Data Analysis and Reporting Request

The OFEG Operational Data Analysis and Reporting request form is used to initiate work for new or update operational reports, dashboards, and report modifications. By providing a concise description of your needs, you enable the OFEG team to assess the requirements and proceed further with the request.
