There are several Adobe Enterprise products available to the Mason community.

Faculty and Staff
- Acrobat Studio
- This is Mason’s new standard product that will meet most employee needs. Acrobat Studio is comprised of the following four tools:
- Acrobat Pro: The enterprise-grade PDF solution with advanced tools to edit, convert, protect, and sign documents.
- Acrobat AI Assistant: Understand, summarize, and extract insights from documents
- PDF Spaces: Organize and collaborate around documents with AI outputs
- Adobe Express Premium: An all-in-one, AI-powered content creation application designed for quickly making social media posts, videos, images, PDFs, and flyers. It features intuitive drag-and-drop tools, thousands of templates, and integrates with Adobe Firefly for safe generative AI, making it ideal for beginners and professionals to create content on the fly.
- Acrobat Studio includes 250 Firefly Generative AI standard credits per month
- 100GB of Adobe Cloud storage included
- All Apps Pro
- This product is for the creative professionals at Mason who require professional-grade Adobe tools to perform their duties.
- This product includes:
- All Creative Cloud desktop applications, including but not limited to: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, Acrobat, Lightroom, Audition, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Animate, Bridge, and Media Encoder
- Adobe Express Premium: An all-in-one, AI-powered content creation application designed for quickly making social media posts, videos, images, PDFs, and flyers. It features intuitive drag-and-drop tools, thousands of templates, and integrates with Adobe Firefly for safe generative AI, making it ideal for beginners and professionals to create content on the fly.
- Adobe Fonts: Full font library
- Cloud Services: For file sync and collaboration
- Adobe Stock Standard: The Standard version of Adobe Stock contains 85% of all Adobe Stock content

Students
- Shared Device Access to All Apps
- All Apps is a suite of Adobe’s professional creativity tools that are available to students in lab spaces. These tools include but are not limited to:
- Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, Acrobat, Lightroom, Audition, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Animate, Bridge, and Media Encoder

Faculty and Staff
- Acrobat Studio
- Prospective users must submit the Request Help form located on the top right of this page and select Acrobat Studio in the Product Request Section.
- Eligible users include faculty, adjunct faculty, classified staff, non-student wage, and student wage employees
- All Apps Pro
- Prospective users must submit the Request Help form located on the top right of this page and select All Apps in the Product Request Type section. Licenses for this product are reserved for creative professionals whose roles at Mason require them to use the professional-grade tools found within the product. Therefore, a detailed justification note is required when filling out this form. If approved, users will receive information on how to access and download All Apps Pro’s tools.

Students
- Shared Device Access to All Apps
- Students may access All Apps tools on systems found in computer labs. Access requires a free Adobe ID created by the student. Computer lab locations and hours may be found here.

Getting Help

Note on Mobile Devices
While some Adobe products can be installed and/or accessed on mobile devices, ITS does not provide support for mobile devices.
Training Resources
Adobe Learn and LinkedIn Learning both provide resources to strengthen your skills with Adobe products.
Terms of Use
Use outside North America is prohibited.
Eligibility for product access varies by product. Please see the Getting This Service section above for more detail on user eligibility for each product. If you don't meet eligibility requirements for an Adobe Enterprise license, Adobe Value Incentive Plan (VIP) licensing may have an option for you.
Access to your Enterprise license account is tied to your employment or active student status with Mason. If you leave Mason, you lose access to your account and its assets.
ITS performs regular audits of Adobe Enterprise users. Users between employee assignments are sometimes removed from a license as the administrative systems do not show the user as an active employee. If you find you have lost access to an Adobe Enterprise product and believe you have an active employee role, please submit the Request Help form and provide information related to this issue.
Additional Information
File Backup
It is advised that users should back up their Adobe assets regularly, including any assets saved in Adobe Cloud storage. It is the responsibility of the user to back up/migrate their Adobe assets before they separate from Mason.
Number of Installs
With one Adobe account, you can sign in on up to two computers but can only use Adobe applications on one computer at a time. More information on installs, activations, and deactivations may be found here.
Account Sharing Prohibited
Adobe Enterprise products are provisioned per user. SSO credentials should not be shared. In instances where two or more enterprise license users share one computer system, users are responsible for logging out of their accounts prior to the next user’s usage on that system.
Adobe Express File Conversion
Adobe Express can import PDF (Acrobat), PSD (Photoshop), AI (Illustrator), INDD (InDesign), and PPTX (PowerPoint) file types. However, once these files are imported, they are converted into native Adobe Express projects within the cloud. When exporting from Adobe Express, you can download files as PNG, JPG, or PDF file types.

Generative AI Credits
Some products include standard Firefly Generative AI credits. Please see the Products Available section above for the number of credits available to each product.
The credits replenish on the 1st of each month. Credits are consumed when using generative AI features. Users can check their credit balance at account.adobe.com. Shared device licenses (i.e. classroom or lab computers) do not include generative AI credits, and these features cannot be used in these spaces.
Using Adobe AI
Adobe AI features are found throughout Adobe’s library of applications. A list of AI features and simple instructions can be found at https://www.adobe.com/ai/overview/features.html, under the Creativity and design tab. This list includes both traditional and generative AI features. To use application-specific features, you must have that specific application installed on your device. For example, if you want to use the Generative Expand feature in Photoshop, you must have Photoshop installed on your device.
Adobe Firefly
Adobe Firefly is a generative AI tool that works outside of a traditional Adobe application such as Photoshop. Adobe Firefly is a standalone web-based tool that allows you to generate content from text prompts. Adobe Firefly generations spend your generative AI credits. At this time, our Enterprise licensed users have access to Firefly Text-To-Image; Text-To-Video is not available.
Enterprise licensed users can access Adobe Firefly at https://firefly.adobe.com with their George Mason credentials.
Product Stacking
The Faculty and Staff products may be stacked, meaning it is possible for eligible users to have both Acrobat Studio and All Apps Pro. Acrobat Studio includes features, such as Acrobat AI Assistant, which are not available with All Apps alone. Justification is still required for access to All Apps Pro. Users who request only All Apps Pro will be provisioned Acrobat Studio automatically if they are eligible for it as well.
The Firefly credits also stack which means if you have both Acrobat Studio and All Apps Pro, you would combine the number of credits included in each product and that would be your monthly limit.
Further, Adobe Cloud storage stacks which means if you have both Acrobat Studio and All Apps Pro, you would combine the Adobe Cloud storage capacity of both products and would then have 200GB of Cloud storage.
