The name for the email account is not linked to an individual but is instead linked to a campus organization, club, or department. Only full-time faculty or staff may request an Email Accounts for Campus Clubs, Departments, & Organizations and in doing so, assume responsibility for its use.

Getting This Service

For assistance with the following, please select the Generic Account Help button:

  • New email account for a group
  • Change the sponsor or authorized users
  • Request account closure

Requests are processed within ten business days.
