ITS provides email accounts for Email Accounts for Campus Clubs, Departments, & Organizations. The name for the email account is not linked to an individual but is instead linked to a campus organization, club, or department. Only full-time faculty or staff may request an Email Accounts for Campus Clubs, Departments, & Organizations and in doing so, assume responsibility for its use.
Getting This Service
For assistance with the following, please select the Generic Account Help button:
- New email account for a group
- Change the sponsor or authorized users
- Request account closure
Requests are processed within ten business days.
Note: Email Accounts for Campus Clubs, Departments, & Organizations are authorized for email and calendar use only, and cannot be used to license software or access applications.
